2016 is off to a very exciting start! Austin is an exciting city full of tacos, barbecue, music, and great people. I’ve got some exciting professional updates to share!

New Full-Time Job

After contracting with them for 5 months, I have accepted a full-time offer with Produktworks Design as a mechanical engineer! I’m thrilled to have a full-time job in my field of choice. The people at Produktworks are fantastic, and I spend every day working with clients and solving challenging problems. I look forward to developing my skills and becoming a great product design engineer. I’ve already learned so much, but I know that I’ve only scraped the surface of professional engineering.

Panelist at SXSW Interactive

Three weeks ago, a former professor of mine gave a talk at SXSW Interactive on the entrepreneurial leadership techniques he teaches at Princeton. As I was already located in Austin, home of SXSW, he asked me to be a panelist to highlight how his techniques help his students in the real world. It was an honor (and also pretty darn cool) to be on a SXSW panel and to share my experiences with others.
